1) When issuing the multimodal waybill, the multimodal transport operator or the person acting on his behalf knows that the general nature, prominent markings, number of boxes or bins, weight or quantity of the goods mentioned in the waybill do not exactly match the declared goods. If there is a reasonable reason to suspect that the goods received are not correct or if he does not have the necessary means to check such details, the multimodal transport operator or a person working on his behalf, the multimodal transport operator does not have such incorrect details, grounds for suspicion or the necessary means to check. It will be able to express the mood by mentioning things.
(2) Regardless of what is written in sub-section (1), it shall not be considered that the legal recognition of the multimodal waybill is adversely affected in any way just because any one or more details written in that sub-section are not mentioned.
